When guys are getting busy (in a sexual way, that is), it's not uncommon for them to experience some leakage. But this isn't necessarily a gross kind of leakage. They experience pre-ejaculate, it's absolutely normal. Some seminal fluids are pretty much getting a head start (though there's no actual sperm in pre-ejaculate), and as a result, some fluid will show up at the tip of his penis. Now, there's usually not a whole lot showing up, but for some people — this particular leakage can be a bit of a problem. In fact, it's less a leakage than it is a spill. Keep reading to find out how to deal with your partner's excessive pre-ejaculate.

The pre-load. If you’ve ever been with a guy, then you’ve likely noticed that a bit of a clear, but slightly viscous fluid, tends to drip from his penis. For some guys, you’ll get just a couple of drips, and for some guys, you won’t even get any at all! However, for some guys, pre-cum is way more than most people would ever bargain for.
A hell of a lot. As it turns out, some guys don’t drip a little bit of pre-cum, they’ve got enough to pretty much equal the amount of semen that they’re about to blow once the deed is done. To get to the bottom of why this is what you can/should do with it, Broadly stepped into the scene to lead the way.

Every d*ck is different. The thing is, excreting a lot of pre-cum — or more than you’re used to — isn’t really that big of a deal. In fact, it’s hardly a deal at all. Some guys just happen to have more. It’s really that simple. So if your guy is pre-cumming a
lot, don’t worry. However, it doesn’t hurt to understand what is actually happening in his pipes.

Reaching out. This topic came about when a woman opened up about her boyfriend’s pre-cum on Reddit. She said that her boyfriend, “happens to produce a LOT more precum than anybody I have ever been with.” She’s not mad or scared, she’s just curious as to why that is.
Not alone. When it comes to producing way too much pre-cum, this is something that, while nothing to be afraid of, can be a bit of an issue for some guys. For example, one particular fella reached out about how his “issue’ can be problematic, especially on his way to work.

Getting in the way. Pre-cum in the bedroom is totally fine, but when it’s happening when you’re out and about, it can be irritating. One gentleman wrote on the Netdoctor forum, "I travel to work by train every day, and when I see an attractive girl I instantly get hard and start oozing pre-cum so much that by the time I get to work my pants and trousers are soaked which work colleagues obviously tease me about."

Where it’s coming from. Seeing as it’s normal, this seems like an issue that most guys would have to deal with, but that’s not exactly the case. As with anything else, the amount that a guy pre-cums depends on the individuals. It’s completely random. So, with that aside, where exactly is this stuff coming from?
Excess from the glands. That pre-ejaculatory fluid that pops up every so often when guys are in the midst of getting it on comes from these two tiny glands beneath his prostate called Cowper’s glands. The fluid is meant to get rid of the pH in his urethra (where pee and semen make their exit).

Varying. For some men, it’s by absolute randomness that they produce more than others, but some believe that the reason may have to do with masturbation — or lack thereof. For instance, some believe that not masturbating enough can promote more fluid to build up.

Getting it out. It’s believed, though not confirmed, that if you’ve got sex on the mind more often, it’s because you’re horny, and you’re horny because you haven’t sexually satisfied yourself enough times. So if you masturbate or have sex more, this may not be a problem.
Too much to handle. Now, if more sex doesn’t help, and it’s really becoming something of an issue, then you can always turn to medicine. According to Dr. Andrew Ryanne, one option that’s out there is taking a medicine that’s meant to treat Propecia, something that has nothing to do with pre-cum.

Propecia. So how does Propecia tie into having too much pre-cum. Well, first of all, Propecia is the official name for male pattern baldness, and Finasteride is something men can take to help with the side effects. However, Finasteride can also help with excessive pre-cum.

Why Finasteride? The reason why Rynne recommends Finasteride is because of how it works with the body. The Cowper’s glands, which work the pre-cum in his body, but also affect hair loss, need to be basically be calmed the eff down.
The side effects. The problem with taking Finasteride is the fact that it’s been known to have troubling effects on a man’s sex drive. In fact, while it may help calm his pre-cum down, it might go so far as to stop him from ejaculating altogether. So, if pills aren’t really winning you over, you can also go the route of kegels. Yes, for men.
Your man. So if your guy is pre-cumming a lot, don’t sweat it. His penis isn’t broken, it’s not going to hurt you and he’s perfectly healthy. All you can do is really either accept him as he is or focus on pills or exercise. It’s your call.
